I will be honest that my biggest drawback was the backyard. Our backyard has a very steep slope going up towards the back fence. The back of our yard has a natural area with trees and uneven terrain. Our kids love playing in the “forest”, but I don’t love how there isn’t a good flat space for entertaining. .
